The Day of The Dreamer Has Come
My MKMMA Tribe and I regularly get together on Zoom to mastermind. A recent session was particularly revealing. Everyone has been focused on their deepest desires over the past three months. Most have found and expressed their dreams in a Definite Major Purpose. And so it’s fitting that Haanel says in The Master Key System Part Thirteen “the day of the dreamer has come“. In the introduction he says:
“Part Thirteen which follows tells why the dreams of the dreamer come true. It explains the law of causation by which dreamers, inventors, authors, financiers, bring about the realization of their desires. It explains the law by which the thing pictured upon your mind eventually becomes your own.”
What was revealed in our mastermind session is expressing your deepest desires in clear, unequivocal terms can be really scary. If you throw off the cloak of convention and the anchor of past experience and admit what you truly desire, it may seem audacious, ridiculously implausible. “How the hell am I going to achieve that” thunders in your mind. Most of us admitted we had run into the same scary thought.
To me this trepidation is wonderfully encouraging. It means you are on the right track; you’re focused on what you really want. Regardless of the specific goals you have included in your dream life, your focus is on what you really want. Whatever material things you desire and express as concrete goals serve to provide for you what everyone is seeking; Happiness and Harmony.
So what if the dreamer in you envisions a future heretofore considered impossible! It’s not up to you to design the mechanism or methods to bring your desires to reality. Your job is to make the vision clear and “recognize the fact you are a part of the whole, and that a part must be the same in kind and quality as the whole, the only difference there can possibly be is in degree”. And what’s this whole Haanel speaks of? Nothing less than the Universal Mind to which each of us is connected through our inner, subconscious mind.
To recognize you are part of the whole means to believe and have complete faith that this is so. The kind of faith and belief that has created events and circumstances in the lives of many that seems inexplicable and thus attributed to supernatural phenomena.
So if your vision scares you that’s awesome. Don’t let the old orthodox way of thinking that one should be satisfied with what life hands out stop you from believing in yourself and in the power of your subconscious mind. As Haanel says “…know that we are entitled to the best of everything, that the “Father and I are one” and that the “Father” is the Universal Mind, the Creator, the Original Substance from which all things proceed”.
The day of the dreamer really has come. And you get to be that dreamer. How appropriate to be writing about dreamers at this time of year!
Let those visions of sugar plums dance in your head. Merry Christmas – Happy Holidays!
